Mr. Webster is based in New York City. His practice focuses primarily on corporate and financial law, with a particular focus on matters with an international dimension. Mr. Webster has practiced law in both common law and civil law jurisdictions, and has worked on numerous cross-border finance transactions. He speaks English and French. ​ Mr. Webster has spent more than a decade representing banks, private equity firms, and companies while working for large law firms in New York, London, Paris, Dubai, and Sydney. Mr. Webster's former law firms include, among others, Milbank LLP in New York, Ashurst LLP in London, and Linklaters LLP in Paris. In addition to his law firm experience, Mr. Webster has also spent more than six years working at independent credit intelligence firms in New York, where he researched and analyzed high yield bonds and leveraged loans for hedge funds, pension funds, and other buy-side investors. ​​ Mr. Webster has published numerous research reports with respect to high yield bonds, has contributed to a well-known textbook on credit agreements, and has been quoted by Bloomberg and International Financing Review.
